Complete Interior and Exterior Remodel
This is a complete interior and exterior remodel of a home built in 1954 on Evers Reservoir. The project included transforming the breeze way and garage areas into living space to include two new bedrooms with private baths, new laundry area and new dining area. The current laundry space provided for a new entry. Two very small, existing bathrooms were combined into on large bath with a roll in shower. The kitchen remodel included partial opening of one wall to the main living area and closing off the enterance to the former laundry area for addition of extra cabinets. All new cabinets were installed as well as new stainless steel appliances. Electric, Plumbing and HVAC were upgraded and new windows, sliding glass door and exterior doors were installed.
